This website presents the services of Mood en Scène and lets property owners ask for a conversation. It sells nothing online, and sending the contact form commits neither you nor us to anything. These terms explain what you can expect from the site and what we ask of you in return.

What this site is

Mood en Scène is a boutique short-term-rental co-hosting and property management business operated by Jillian Mood. This site provides information about our services.

• Nothing on the site is an offer to contract.
• Submitting the contact form creates no contract and no obligation, for you or for us.
• Any engagement between a property owner and Mood en Scène is governed by a separate written agreement.

No guarantee of results

The figures and statistics shown on this site are published third-party averages and correlations, linked to their sources. They are not promises. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, occupancy or ratings, or that a listing will earn any particular badge or status. Every property and every market is different.

The Journal is general information

Journal articles are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Local rules on short-term rentals change, and they differ from one place to another. Before acting, verify the rules that apply to you with your municipality or with a qualified professional.

Independence and trademarks

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Lodgify are trademarks of their respective owners. Mood en Scène is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Intellectual property

The text, design and photographs on this site belong to Mood en Scène or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without our written permission. Linking to the site, and quoting brief passages with attribution, are welcome.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• scrape or crawl it in a way that harms the site or its availability;
• send automated submissions through the contact form;
• attempt to breach or circumvent the site's security.

Third-party links

The site links to Airbnb listings and to third-party sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their policies.

These terms are available in English and in French. The French version is available to visitors in Québec, both versions are provided for your convenience, and both have equal standing.
